Who’s registered for the 2026 U.S. Classic? Entry list, updates, how to watch

The 2026 U.S. Classic will take place July 18 at PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford, Connecticut.

The Classic is the final qualifier for the 2026 Xfinity U.S. Gymnastics Championships, set for August 6-9 in Phoenix, Arizona. Athletes who have not yet obtained the necessary qualifying score must do so at this meet to advance to championships.

Key names to watch at the U.S. Classic based on the current registration list are:

• Skye Blakely
• Katelyn Ohashi
• Leanne Wong

Blakely and Wong are automatically qualified to championships despite this being their first elite meet of the season as they were both members of the 2025 World Championships team. Ohashi competed beam and floor at the American Classic last weekend in her first elite meet in 13 years, but she is still looking for the necessary qualifying score.

Last year, Claire Pease won her first senior all-around title in a breakout win after a dominant junior career. She was joined on the podium by Simone Rose and Joscelyn Roberson. Rose is currently in the field for this year’s meet, but Roberson is taking 2026 off from competing elite.

USA Gymnastics will update the field of registered athletes each Monday leading up to competition, so check back here for the latest.
