Rebeca Andrade

Three members of Brazil’s bronze medal-winning 2024 Olympic team are on the list to compete at Brazil’s national championships held in Brasília this weekend, including Rebeca Andrade, who returned to competition post-Paris on vault at this year’s Pan American Championships, where she won the gold medal.

In addition to Andrade, we’ll see fellow Paris medalists Flavia Saraiva and Lorrane Oliveira along with 2026 Pan Am medalists Sophia Weisberg, Thais Fidelis, and Gabriela Boucas in the WAG competition. Olympic medalist Julia Soares was also supposed to compete, but she has unfortunately withdrawn due to an injury.

The MAG competition will feature Olympians Diogo Soares, Caio Souza, and Arthur Mariano along with their 2026 Pan Am teammates Rogerio Borges and Vitaliy Guimaraes as some of the meet’s top competitors, with Yuri Guimarães, Lucas Bitencourt, and Tomas Rodrigues among some of the other standout names.
