The 2026 European Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Championships are set for August 19-23 at Arena Zagreb in Zagreb, Croatia.
The meet, which features both juniors and seniors, will stray from a typical schedule, with the senior team final serving as the finale on Sunday.
Qualifying is crucial for teams and individuals as the top 13 teams and top 23 all-arounders not on a qualifying team will earn berths to the 2026 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Two years out from LA28, veteran stars are making their way back into the fold, namely 2024 Olympic pommel horse champion Rhys McClenaghan, who is looking to win his fourth European title and first in two years after coming back from injury and shoulder surgery.
In the all-around, it is a relatively wide open race, but the biggest story is Illia Kovtun, who switched from Ukraine to Croatia after winning parallel bars silver at the 2024 Games. The two-time world all-around medalist is a medal favorite in front of his new home crowd. 2025 junior world all-around champion Arseniy Dukhno (WG2/RUS) is making his European Championships debut and looked exceptional in podium training. Two-time European all-around champion Adem Asil (TUR) took part in podium training but has since withdrawn from both this meet and the upcoming Mediterranean Games.
Here’s everything you need to know about when to tune in and how to watch, no matter where you live. Gymnastics Now is on-site in Zagreb and will have coverage throughout both the meet, so follow along here and on social.
