Chu was 19th overall in individual all-around competition in Baku, finishing with a score of 104.200, with teammate Sarah Mariotti (San Diego, Calif./Pacific Stars Rhythmic Academy) 31st (99.100). Taisiia Onofriichuk of Ukraine won the individual title with a 115.650.
In group competition, the Senior National Group 2 of Lorelei D’Angelo (Deerfield, Ill.), Annabella Hantov (Northfield, Ill.), Emma Rodriguez (Las Vegas, Nev.), Elizabeth Semenova (Cumming, Ga.), Anastasia Slipets (Wyckoff, N.J.) and Alaini Spata (Glen Ellyn, Ill.) placed 12th all-around with a 42.850. Israel was fist with a 54.300.
